iPhone vs. Blackberry vs. Droid vs. Pre: Smack down!

The main idea of iPhone vs. Blackberry vs. Droid vs. Pre: Smack down is to persuade readers to use the author’s advice when buying a Smartphone that best suits them. One of the techniques the author uses is informing the readers the pros and cons of each smart phone individually. The author uses the terms “our buying advice is best and simple.” It’s clear that the author wants to persuade the readers on how to pick the best phone.
The author’s viewpoint is that the smart phone each person chooses should be based off of personality and ability to work with high tech electronics. The only down side of this article is that the author is some what fence sitting on which phone is actually “the” best. He just talks about the perks of each phone.
The reliability of this source is not the greatest. The author makes the information sound very intriguing and true. In the article, there aren’t any references to researchers or surveys and there’s no proof to back it up or support there information. However, there are many other links on the page to articles just as similar to this one (comparing one or two more different types of phones).
